These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of solvonova.com (the "Website") and your relationship, if any, with SolvoNova, a DBA of GrowByMe, LLC ("SolvoNova," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Website, submitting a form on it, or otherwise identifying yourself as a partner, investor, or copyright claimant to SolvoNova, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
SolvoNova is an AI Lab that builds and operates Snailup, SolvoNova Artificial Intelligence Labs Unified Platform: a self-hosted AI service layer (chat, retrieval, speech, vision, and media generation) running on our own AI Processor ("AIP") compute grid. SolvoNova builds some products directly on Snailup (e.g., BuildMyCase) and makes the platform available to separate integration partners (e.g., Jammin, a separate company and SolvoNova customer, not a SolvoNova product). This Website is SolvoNova's corporate and investor-facing site; it does not itself provide an AI chat, generation, or account-based product to the public.
This Website is provided for informational purposes: to describe SolvoNova, its products, and its platform, and to let investors, press, partners, and copyright claimants reach us. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes, and not to: scrape or systematically extract content beyond normal browsing; attempt to circumvent any security or rate-limiting measure; submit the contact or DMCA forms with false, fraudulent, or abusive content; or interfere with the Website's normal operation.
Products and integration partners built on Snailup have their own, separate terms of service governing their own end users, for example, BuildMyCase's terms govern use of BuildMyCase, and Jammin's terms govern use of Jammin. These Terms govern only this Website and your direct dealings with SolvoNova through it; they do not create a contract between you and any product or partner built on Snailup, and do not modify that product's own terms.
Any company or individual seeking to integrate with Snailup or build a product on top of it (as Jammin does today) does so under a separate written integration or partner agreement negotiated directly with SolvoNova, not under these Website Terms. Nothing on this Website constitutes an offer of API access, a service-level commitment, or a binding integration agreement; it is informational only.
All content on this Website, including text, graphics, the SolvoNova and Snailup names and marks, and the snail logo, is owned by or licensed to GrowByMe, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share this Website's public pages for their intended informational purpose, but may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from this Website's content without our prior written permission.
Snailup powers AI capabilities (chat, retrieval, speech, vision, media generation) used by products built on it. AI-generated output produced through those products is provided for informational or drafting assistance and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Responsibility for reviewing, verifying, and using AI-generated output appropriately rests with the product presenting it to its own users and with that product's own terms, not with this Website.
If you believe content associated with SolvoNova infringes your copyright, please submit a notice through our DMCA page, which reaches our designated agent and is filed for review. We respond to valid, properly submitted notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
