SolvoNova is a DBA (doing-business-as) of GrowByMe, LLC, a limited liability company registered in Texas ("SolvoNova," "we," "us," or "our"). SolvoNova operates Snailup, SolvoNova Artificial Intelligence Labs Unified Platform: a self-hosted AI service layer (chat, retrieval, speech, vision, and media generation) that we run on our own AI Processor ("AIP") compute grid. This Policy covers two things: (a) this website, solvonova.com, and (b) SolvoNova's role as the underlying AI platform provider for products and integration partners built on Snailup.
solvonova.com is primarily an informational marketing site. We collect only what's needed to operate it and respond to you:
We do not require an account to browse this website, and this website does not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers. Loading this page does request web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), which may log the request on Google's side per Google's own privacy policy.
When a Snailup-powered product (like BuildMyCase) or an integration partner (like Jammin) sends a request to Snailup for chat, retrieval, transcription, speech, vision, or media generation, that request is processed on the AI Processor grid we own and operate ourselves. We do not route that processing through a third-party hyperscale AI vendor unless a specific product has explicitly configured and disclosed such a fallback to its own users. Content submitted for AI processing (prompts, documents, audio, images) is used to generate the requested output and, depending on the calling product's own configuration, may be transiently logged for reliability, abuse-prevention, and debugging purposes. We do not sell this content, and we do not use one customer's or partner's content to train models made available to a different, unrelated customer.
For products built directly on Snailup (like BuildMyCase) and for integration partners that call Snailup's services (like Jammin), SolvoNova generally acts as the AI processing layer underneath that product, not as the party with the direct relationship to that product's own end users. Each such product is responsible for its own privacy policy, consent flows, and disclosures to its own users. If you're an end user of one of those products and have a question about your personal data, please start with that product's own privacy policy and support channel; SolvoNova assists as the underlying platform provider on request.
Data processed by Snailup runs on infrastructure we directly own and operate as part of our AI Processor grid. Website form submissions (investor contact, DMCA claims) are transmitted over encrypted connections and forwarded to the appropriate internal system (email or our issue tracker) rather than stored in a public-facing database on this site. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted transport, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Server logs for this website are retained only as long as needed for security and operational purposes. Investor/contact form submissions and DMCA filings are retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to and resolve them, and as required for legal compliance record-keeping.
This website and SolvoNova's platform services are directed at businesses, partners, and adult members of the public (e.g., investors, press, and copyright claimants), not at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
We use Amazon Web Services (SES) to deliver email generated by this website's contact form, and an internal issue-tracking system to record DMCA submissions so they reach a human reviewer. These providers process data solely to help us operate the services described above.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information you've submitted directly to us through this website (for example, an investor inquiry or a DMCA claim). To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 11 below. If your question concerns data held by a Snailup-powered product about you as that product's end user, please contact that product directly first.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of this website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests regarding personal information you've submitted directly to SolvoNova through this website, can be sent to GrowByMe, LLC (DBA SolvoNova) at bhgraham1@gmail.com. Copyright claims should be submitted through our DMCA page instead, which reaches our designated agent directly.
